2. assuming that one clears the usmle next to required scores,
can the residency stipend (which i heard to be around $50000) support me in u.s.a?or will i own to take further financial asistance?

thanking you in anticipation.
Answers:
Generally, my understanding is that a residency is required, except contained by a few quite unusual situations. US$42k or so (50 is a little optimistic) is considerably more than the average worker's income, though only a third the income of even the lowest-paying specialty, so finances shouldn't be a consideration unless you own some quite extraordinary expenses..
I can definitely answer sound out 1 for you:

The MBBS (also called MB/BS, MBBCh, MBBChir, BMBS) is an internationally recognised degree, and everyone who qualifies near this degree should have the same standard of rearing. Here in the UK, we have many doctors who own studied in other countries and immigrated to the UK (about 50% of the doctors in our local DGH are foreign). Specialisation requires you to do more studying anyway, so you will probably have to do some sort of residency program at one stage anyway, but if you are already a specialist consultant, afterwards you should be able to get straight into work.
inially u cn work surrounded by US....if u have passd ur exams ...n also have written ur GRE along wid ur united states visa...the money thing accordin to the embassy.....
Though I can't answer your question as with as much info. as you want, I know this... The US honors doctorates from unquestionable countries, but not most. I believe you still have to pass the tests, even if you are surrounded by those countries that we honor. If you didn't go to school in one of those countries, you enjoy to basically take it all over again.

I am a current resident.

My analysis is that you must generally still complete a residency here regardless of what your qualifications are elsewhere, although you can apply for a waiver of this requirement. If you are an expert in your pen and are being invited to join the faculty of a medical institution, they will probably qualify you. Otherwise, back to residency.

The $50,000 integer you cite may be accurate for large cities (it is accurate for where my residency is), but it is high for most of the country. The function it's higher in large cities is because the cost of living is high there. Certainly you can manage on the salary, but you won't be living surrounded by luxury.

There are some additional tests that are usually required of IMGs (international medical graduates). You can find an explanation here: http://www.ecfmg.org/2009ib/ibcert.html#…
