Is taking ritalyn or aderall once a week impossible for you and if so what break can it do if you don't enjoy ADD?
once a week on average, i take a single pill 10-20ml and swallow it whole, can this low level of intake be hazardous and if so to what extent?

Although I do not instil the misuse of any medication, Ritalin or Adderall at a dose of 10-20 mg taken one time per week should not cause any medical problems.
10-20 mg is a small dose and a single use every 7 days is not going to cause problems at all. Many relatives take Ritalin or Adderall daily, and often at a better dose than you. Stimulants are not only used for ADHD but also for sleeping disorders, refractory depression, certain neurological problems, and others.
So although I can not recommend using the drug it should not harm you. If you do own any heart problems and/or high blood pressure then their are risks.
