can you take an opiate 30 hours after taking 8mg of suboxone? will the op[iate work

If I remember right Suboxone containes buprenorphine, a long acting opiate and naloxone which is an opiate antagonist. And if you take another opiate after taking naloxone it will make you surface physically sick.
