Ok so I'm writing this paper an the Placebo Effect, and want to add how advertisers use it. I need some angelic examples that can be cited though. any help?

I don't have a specific citation on how the placebo effect is used directly in advert/marketing, per se but I'll simply mention that such things close to herbal remedies for any number of diseases are found anywhere, from late night TV to ads on buses. These commonly tout extraordinary benefits from the given product while failing to provide any sort of data that proves the agent to be beneficial, e.g. lack of randomized, double-blinded, placebo controlled studies which are the gold standard for most of the modern FDA approved agents.
An example of such a company would be this, where on earth numerous herbal agents are touted as effective for the prevention or treatment of, say, the common cold in need any real evidence.
