How exalted is trust surrounded by a physician-patient relationship?
Is trust very important between a physician and his patient? Would speaking a person's aboriginal language boosts a person's trust?

Trust is hugely important. With different languages it may not be possible for the physician exactly to understand what it is to be exact worrying the patient. With different cultures there are other problems. eg. A well to do insured long-suffering was diagnosed to have gallstones requiring surgery because of the problems they were cause. I suggested she see an appropriate surgeon. She said that she would have to seek the permission of her oldest brother as he be now head of the family.(Father deceased). I hold also met a problem telling a lady what was wrong beside her. The husband refused to tell her. Many insurance companies will list doctors and will include languages spoken. If a doctor (or a practice) has a trellis site it will almost always note if a doctor speaks another language.
Some patients prefer doctors of their own sexual characteristics because of comfort. Language would fall into that same category.
