What could a "sprayed" xanax be?

A friend of my told me he heard a girl took a xanax that was "sprayed" and it put her into a coma. We were trying to integer out what that could mean, and all I've found was alprozolams that be sprayed with liquid LSD or something about heroin... not sure? What could this tight?

It can be injected at a hospital.

I went in their with concrete bad anxiety, and they gave me some of it through my iv.

I think she might of be injected with it.
