Neurology, touch not my legs and arms ?

1)i often go to toilet.
2)i use drugs against hiv
3)discomfort in nouns area, and cracking
4)feel not arms and legs (usually when weather is bad and neuro and depression)
5)always want to sleep

what can it be?It can be only becouse of drugs but what?i have no disaster or bad sittings
