I have seen many of them, and it be like what the heck..Why the hell his hand didn't burnt at adjectives, no trace of injury, nothing, it was like putting the paw in cold water.

I tried to ask my friends before, some say its because they added "tons" of salt into the boiling oil, so the temperature would diminish significantly and some says its an artificial oil that would not reach even close to boiling point, but the grease is so hot and bubbles are shooting up constatly, and I can feel the heat far away.
