I found a pill that have PP 200 carved on it. what is it?

It is Ryzolt (Generic form is call tramadol) which is a non-narcotic pain reliever to treat moderate to severe pain. If you Wikipedia tramadol you should find most of the information needed to know about the medication.
stipulation a bit more info than that. color? shape? is it a tablet or a capsule? anyhow, go here when you find a pill that you have no theory what its for. and if you find out its something like percocet or morphine, please dont take it. you dont know if its expired or if it will interact with other meds you may be on. likelihood are, if you dont know what it is it either wasn't prescribed for you or was prescribed so long ago you definetly dont need it. Sure you read the imprint right, I got nothing on that. Also, as the above poster said, can you describe it? Color, shape, if and how it is scored (ie. the lines to split it)? Knowing adjectives that helps, more info the better. Double check the imprint and post it with a description and I will see what I can find out.
Also, you should obviously not clutch it untill atleast you know what it is, and then research if it will interact with anything else you may be taking and dosages are safe. This is not to recommend taking it or any drug use, I just strongly believe in promoting knowledge and spoil reduction.

Not to dispute the guy below, but while he is correct in that Ryzolt is generic describe for Tramadol/Ultram, I found no images of Ryzolt pills with that imprint on them, nor imformation containing that as one of the imprints on Ryzolt pill. So, becareful and don't take it untill someone posts a source, perferably a intermingle to a picture of it on a reliable site.
Lots of sketchy(and or fake) internet doctors/pharmacies promote and try to sell tramadol on this site (and he is a new user with this as his with the sole purpose post), so don't take it untill you see proof confirming it.
I am not saying he is wrong or a fake(if he posted a link to a site selling it I would be definatly aphorism he is a fake, but as I said I am giving him the benifit of the doubt on being real, but not on his information), but still, await some confirmation of that answer.
