What sort of question should I ask a doctor that i'm employment shadowing?
On thursday i'm going to job shadow an ICU doctor.
I'm still in high university so i was planing on asking what universities he went to, and that's adjectives that I can think of.
What are some other questions that I can ask him?

Obviously something has attracted you to this career. remember going to medical institution and pursuing a career like this is no small decision. you should start out by asking him what get him started in medicine. what is good nearly what he does? what is bad about it? ask him to describe the best day at work he's ever have, and his worst. Ask him what he had to go through to become a physician. How and where did he grasp his license? Try not to concentrate on the medical stuff too hard, that will come. However, those answers take solely a few minutes to ask and answers, so after you should ask about the patients he is treating.

2. Financially are you happy and what is the wage?
3. Do you have a family? and where on earth did you find the time to do the things you love?
4. Ask about his experience with medical school.
5. What is his plan for his adjectives as a ICU doctor.
6. What method of treatment is he using for his patients.
7. Any advice for a future doctor?
8. And throw in something funny. Are you anything resembling the doctors on the tv shows? What are you opinion on the tv shows?
9. Do you even watch the medical t.v. shows.?
10. Can you show me any techniques, methods, or procedures so I can enjoy some experience in the future for my career.
