do they always take out your guts and weigh them. i saw an autopsy report and they had taken the brain out, weigh it and wrote down the weight and done this to majority of the organs like the lungs, heart etc..why do they do that ..do they have to to do it to every organ ..it is a bit disgusting

an autopsy is not ordered unless a) the family wants one to figure out the inflict of death or b) it seems like within was foul play and the state decides an autopsy is needed.
They weight the organs surrounded by order to see if they are of the expected weight in relation to the body, irregular weight can tip off the organ misfunctioning or something of the like...but by in recent times simply weighing the organs without other tests you cannnot rule on exact of death
They do that to make sure that the weight is normal and in attendance was nothing wrong with that organ. they do not other do the brain, though. It all depends on the manner of death.

It gave the clinican/physician a lot of feedback on what they had observed, hopefully making them better surrounded by the future. Today, sadly, everyone is specialized, and we rarely receive inquiry from clinical doctors.
