Does anyone know whats wrong beside me!? Does this come about to you?

Every time I stand up after sitting down for awhile I get really really dizzy and light headed. I be aware of like im going to fall over and often own to sit back down because I get like black outs that end like 5 seconds. It scares me closely and its happened for awhile now....does this happen to you or do you hold any idea what could cause this? My heart rate is also ridiculously fast. Its other above 120 just like sitting and not doing anything....normal is resembling 80-100 again that scares me!

You own the same symptoms that I have. When I have googled this and some of my other symptoms, it lead me to believe that I have an iron deficiency. Do you by chance enjoy a heavy menstrual cycle. Do you chew ice? Google your symptoms and see what comes up for you.

PS... Somedays, I can just run around forever and surface fine, and then the next day-- I can hardly waddle from room to room without having to stop and catch my breath previously I feel I will pass out. Very odd.
sounds like possibly you stand up and have a drop contained by your blood pressure. when your blood pressure drops your heart rate increases to balance out the decrease in perfusion. if you hold low blood pressure you should have a doctor look into it. if you started taking blood pressure medication it may just be your body becoming acclimated to it. you may be dehydrated which channel you need to increase your water intake and you should feel better inwardly a few hours. possibility exists you are pregnant. in either case you should see a doctor around it and make sure nothing is wrong with your heart.
I have heard that sometimes when you stand up to fast right away after sitting for a while. You can catch very light headed and dizzy. this may be cause your blackouts. try standing up slower if it doesnt help go to the dotors
Have you be to the doctor about it? Sounds to me like something blood-related like anemia or iron fewer or something. Only a doctor can really help you here. Good luck. Source(s): Limited knowledge from a friend with haemochromatosis (too much iron contained by the blood)
I hope you are not driving in this condition. You really have need of to go the doctor asap.
check anemia and hemodynamics problems!
This is called orthostatic hypotension and it's normally not something to frenzy over, although you definitely should see your doctor to rule anything in or out. There are various cause, some need treatment, some don't. Your high resting heartrate and other symptoms leads me to believe that you may hold anemia.

There are other possible causes as well (neurological autonomic dysfunction, hormonal deficiencies, etc.). Some of the cause for low blood pressure when you stand up can be minor (dehydration, old age (cardiovascular system less compliant), or blood pressure medication), some rarer causes can be deadly without treatment (Addison's disease).

All of that said, you need to see your doctor. Never take likelihood with heart related symptoms.
