Please facilitate me! I'm so miserable!?

I'm a 15 year old female and have be very sick for almost 2 years now. I have be through tons of blood, urine, and stool tests. 2 Endoscopy/colonoscopy, abdominal ct, upper gi, and sweat test. I have also be psychologically cleared and it's not a nerve problem.
Here are my symptoms ~
* severe abdominal and stomach pain (2 years off and on for 5 years)
* severe nausea (5 years)
* severe counterweight loss (now controlled by night time ng feeds)
* night fevers (1 year)
* unpromising headaches when I wake up (6 months)
* diarrhea 20 times a day (now constipated since tube feed started but comes back when off them. 2 years)
* severe rectal bleeding even in my pant (last few weeks)
* vision loss in right eye when I wake up (last couple weeks)
* fatigue (2 years)
* dizziness (this departed week)
* joint pain (last 6 months)
* mouth ulcers (2 months)

I be diagnosed with crohn's, then i wasn't, then possibly, now probably not. I have already been tested for food allergies, celiac, bedbugs, infection, cystic fibrosis, ect...

My second GI doc once again diagnosed me with ibs and an eating disorder, which are both major misdiagnosis. He said that down the flash he would do capsule endoscopy if it doesn't improve. I'm just so tired of self sick! Am I just crazy and there is nothing wrong beside me?

My parents have Kaiser insurance (we live in northern ca) but none of the doctors can help me. Is their any means of access to get financial assistance at a non-kaiser hospital?

Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

If you can possibly do it, travel to the Mayo Clinic or the Cleveland Clinic and see what they can come up with. These are the two leading hospitals in the country and a fresh perspective out of your nouns may be what is needed.
Just wondering hold they checked you for gall stones, pregnancy have they done a cat-scan or a mri to see what going on. if it doesn't improve catch them to do more test. it sound like something focal and i would honestly keep going back to you get it resolved as for the insurance sector ring around and see what happens unfortunately im not over where you are so i wouldn't know. capably i hope all goes well and best of luck to u hope you bring better soon.
sounds crohn's for me!!
Oh honey I feel for you i really do. I enjoy had so many stomach issues in my vivacity too. the last acute flare up i lost ten lbs in one week. I live on painkillers, and tums. or whatever else is available. I enjoy so many tests. I was diagnosed near Crohn's, but only after many tests, doctors who did not listen, and have my gallbladder removed, and had a hernia missed completely. I have been thru so oodles meds, so many docs. One time went to the ER in severe cramp and was sent home, went to another ER a few days later, and be admitted with severe pancreatitis. I have heaps a horror story.

What I will suggest to you , is keep a diary. from the moment you wake up, till you go to sleep.
Every article that goes in. Times, and how you feel.
Everything that comes out, what it is resembling, and how you feel.
If you are nauseas at any time, exactly what meds you take, and when, and what effect it has. if any. transcript your sleeping habits. If you have to get up surrounded by the middle of the night for the bathroom. Every headache, every body ache. Everything.

Crohns, can effect everything from your sense of smell, to your vision, to have arthritis.
But so can other things. This is why a VERY DETAILED diary can help. Record everything to the best of your knowledge of the past morale, sickness, docs, tests, test results, meds,

I also suggest pushing harder, get a 2nd judgment, get a third, get a fourth. Do not give up. Since you are young at heart have your parents get a photocopy of every medical record near is of you. ALL OF IT. And do not let any doctor tell you you cannot have it, raison d`¨ētre that is bull. Tell them you want every paper, every note, everything. You must become your own suggest. Fight for yourself. You already know something is wrong, now fight. As hard as it may be. Source(s): Like I said I enjoy suffered, and have many horrer stories. Currently I have no insurence, and own moved out of the states. I live on painkillers, and otc meds. And trying to explain to a non-english speaking doc what meds i take is really hard. And if I want any other kind of treatment it will transport months just to get in. Kinda sucks.

I really hope things go and get better for you. ANd you need to keep going to get results.
How awful to be dealing with this at such a young age!! I have have some similar problems and this went on for months and months for me, too. I am currently 31 and my major problems (as opposed to not so middle-of-the-road stuff happening once in a blue moon) started just back my 29th birthday. I went to the ER (twice in 3 days) and they told me to go to my primary carefulness after determining that nothing was immediately wrong beside me. All they did was give me painkillers for the abdominal pain that accompany my diarrhea.

At this point, I should also mention that by the time I could get a doctors appointment with my primary care, I have lost close to 40 lbs in 6 weeks. I eventually ended up at a GI doc who did an upper GI/lower bowel, endoscopy, colonoscopy, and all kind of blood work. The colonoscopy was the last test they did and when I come out of my stupor and he told me everything looked fine, I asked him what came next and he said "nothing. we've done adjectives the tests we can." I asked him what else could be causing it and he said "hundreds of things" but didn't go any further than that to suggest anything else to try-out for. He then had the nerve to give an account me that I should "rest easy knowing that my digestive system had been checked top to bottom and be perfectly healthy." Um, NOT REALLY!! Was I really supposed to just be in motion home, say "oh well" and suffer??

So, on to the next GI doctor. She didn't do any further tests but re-evaluated the colonoscopy slides because the technicians comments mentioned crohns and colitis which my previous doctor never mentioned. She said they showed overexploit from me being so sick and having diarrhea all the time, but in that was no chronic disease showing so she gave me a prescription to take when I get stomach cramps, diagnosed it as IBS and sent me on my way telling me to take immodium when I have an "attack".

It was also discovered in the middle of all of this that I did enjoy gallstones (my original GI never even bothered checking it which my primary care was shocked by so she ordered the examination herself) so I scheduled a consultation with a surgeon. I never made it to the consultation as my gallbladder became infected and I have to have emergency surgery. They thought that this would help with my sharp problem (which they found no evidence of on the upper GI tests and endoscopy, but I was coughing up the stuff so it was perceptibly a problem) and they also thought it would help with my chronic nausea. It helped a touch bit, but I still have to take two prilosec's every morning and a 150mg Zantac at night to maintain the acid at bay. I don't get seasick as much, but I can get moderate to severe nausea out of the blue for no reason at any time. I basically fetch an arsenal of OTC meds with me all the time and usually I just drop two pepto bismol caplets at the first sign of nausea. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

One item I should mention about the nausea - in the course of getting blood work done, one of my doctors tested me for antibodies for H. Pylori which is a common stomach germs that causes ulcers in some individuals when it flourishes. The antibodies remain in the blood for a long time after the infection is gone so when they did the endoscopy, they took a tissue sample and tested it which showed no active problems next to it. However, I still wonder if that is what started the whole thing and that my body fought it rotten while I was waiting for doctor's appointments as I could never seem to get appointments right away. I other had to wait and suffer for a month or so before anyone could see me. If you haven't be tested for this, ask for it!! I had a friend at work that was very sick for several years and after my ordeal, I suggested she catch tested. She did and tested positive. It is a heavy arsenal of medicine to get rid of it, but she did it and very soon that it's gone, she has been totally fine. I get retested for it (since it's possible that my body is still harboring it but it's a moment ago lying dormant) every time I go to the doc with nausea, but I haven't had a flare up at adjectives since the one the my body must have fought off when this all started. My doctor wonders if the reality that I have endometriosis and therefore take profusely of Advil every month has sort of ruined my stomach. It would really be terrific if they could tell this stuff for absolute absolute, but all they can really do is make assumptions and speculate.

Now, besides getting tested for H. Pylori if they haven't already checked for that, my advice - from what I be told by my doctor - is that I think it is possible that you may in fact hold a very severe case of IBS. The rest of the symptoms sound approaching they could be caused by anxiety. When I went through my ordeal, I managed to develop a callous anxiety problem because I was so panic stricken about what be wrong with me. Every time a test came vertebrae as fine, I would get more and more anxious. All I could think of was that something be
