Taking antibiotics exact same time respectively light of day.?

With my schedule it is almost impossible to do so. I was wondering if taking the medicine two or so hours since the time I took them 12 hours ago was ok.
Answers:
Taking the meds. at exactly the same time is supposed to have a better affect, however not abundant people can do this. If it is one a day, take it when you go and get up. If it is 12 hrs. between doses, one hr. either way won't hurt. It is close enough. If doses are closer together than described, yes it could wreck by having too much in the system or not enough. Every 4 hrs. you stipulation to be pretty close to the 4 hr. time frame. 10 min. one way or the other won't hurt, but not an hour early or late. Source(s): PDR CVS Pharmasist.
