My fiance is a doctor within specialist training surrounded by the UK. Could she practice as a PA within the US?

My fiance does not want to go through the hassle of doing a US residency training and is interested in working as a physician assistant. How easy would it be for a UK doctor to become a PA surrounded by the US?

She came from Russia,

She did not want to move about through all the requirements in the US, as he had be through all that.

She was able to work for an insurance co, which did not mean treatment.
