I usually go every couple of years, unless you hold weird things goin on with your eyes.
Every two years usually keeps your eyes contained by good health, and your glasses too!
But you want to grasp them tested often so that you're not straining them by using an old prescription.

Once a year unless you are experiencing problems.
You're supposed to own an eye exam every 12 months; I personally think this is absolutely unnecessary, and I'm forced to be in motion because I can't order my contacts without an 'updated' prescription.

I think it's best to be in motion every 18-24 months or when you feel as though your eye sight is getting worse and when your glasses do not grain as effective as they once were.
