I'm assuming you mean "least-gross" as in not too much blood or guts?
I would think no event what you're going to see a little bit of gore. But maybe a dermatologist? They cut off moles and skin cancer, but that's smaller amount gross to me than cutting open someoen's throat or stomach...
By "least gross" are you talking about blood, or what? Because you're going to see blood if you're a surgeon, and you'll be touching it too. I'd instinctively find surgery involving the gastointestinal system or bowels to be pretty gross.
