Why cant autism be cure?

Answers:
every diseases can be cure at its beginning but in autism we cant predict any symptoms on d child at its birth . hence we cant cure autism .
also there are research undergo on 1-18 months old baby's brain to study the development of brain in little one and to cure autism at its beginning.

Because they aren't exactly sure what causes autism and haven't found medications or cognitive therapy that "cure" autism even most of the time.
