1 mg of melatonin (pill form) equals what amt contained by juice form?

The dosage I have is 1-3 mg melatonin for my 6 year old. I have pill form which is 1 mg/pill. Today I found gooey melatonin (so its in ml) so I am wondering what the dosage would be?
