If 100 tablets contain 40,000mg of ibuprofen, how many grain are in 500 tablets? a. 666 b. 1086 c. 3333

A grain is an older medicine still used today, similar to in phenpbarital and aspirin.
A grain is slightly less than 65 milligrams but commonly 60 mg / pellet is used
40,000 mg / 100 tablet = 400 mg /table
400 mg / tablet x 500 tablet = 200,000 mg
200,000 mg / 60 mg/grain = 3,333 grains (but really it is close to 3080)
the first one does not make sense... there are 1000mg within 1g. or are you refering to gr as grain?
2grain=120mg
