if you really need to pass get one of those 5 hour verve shot bottles (theyre like 2 oz) and have someone with verbs pee pee in it for you.. then you can like put it contained by your vagina and just take it out and pour it in the cup when youre contained by the bathroom, and just put it back in.. you really solitary have it in for like a total of 15 min and it doesnt hurt too discouraging.
just make sure that you keep the pee reheat like hold it in your underwear or in your waistband supple or something because theyll know if its cold.

The best thing to do (if you fall through a drug test for work) is to admit right away that you used. Tell your work that you are seeking professional help for a drug problem.
You see, drug addiction is considered a legal health concern. You can't be fired for using....if you admit that you have a problem.

if its a saliva test for weed, (those are uncommon but they do got em)
