Any problems working surrounded by the Nuclear Medicine area?

I am thinking of persuing a career in nuclear medicine but am afraid near may be some sort of radiation or other health related problems which I could be prone to. What are the chances of this happening?

This wouldn't be a specialty if it have health related problems.
Don't worry. And its great because in attendance are a lot of doctors needed in nuclear medicine.
