When you die, do they move a tracheostomy within, or do they pinch it out?
Just wondering what they do with people that have feed tubes, or trachs, or cathaters, stuff like that.

In a medical environment such as a hospital or hospice, when a person dies he/she is put in a condition suitable for the subsequent of kin to take care of in a respectable behaviour. Medical adjuncts such as you mention are removed, surgical procedures are sutured, etc.
.
In a hospital if a person should die with those contained by place, they are often not removed until the body reaches the morgue or at least till the outcome has been made to autopsy or not. If a Autopsy is mandated, tubes are gone in place but just disconnected from the source. Breathing tubes are left contained by place, just disconnected. Catheters are cut and tied off. At the time before the hospital is in position to release the body to the undertaker, or after the autopsy all tubes will be removed.
