Please minister to me! I'm so miserable!?
I'm a 15 year old female and have be very sick for almost 2 years now. I have be through tons of blood, urine, and stool tests. 2 Endoscopy/colonoscopy, abdominal ct, upper gi, and sweat test. I have also be psychologically cleared and it's not a nerve problem.
Here are my symptoms ~
* severe abdominal and stomach pain (2 years off and on for 5 years)
* severe nausea (5 years)
* severe bulk loss (now controlled by night time ng feeds)
* night fevers (1 year)
* doomed to failure headaches when I wake up (6 months)
* diarrhea 20 times a day (now constipated since tube feed started but comes back when off them. 2 years)
* severe rectal bleeding even in my pant (last few weeks)
* vision loss in right eye when I wake up (last couple weeks)
* fatigue (2 years)
* dizziness (this long-gone week)
* joint pain (last 6 months)
* mouth ulcers (2 months)
I be diagnosed with crohn's, then i wasn't, then conceivably, now probably not. I have already been tested for food allergies, celiac, fleas, infection, cystic fibrosis, ect...
My second GI doc once again diagnosed me with ibs and an eating disorder, which are both major misdiagnosis. He said that down the rank he would do capsule endoscopy if it doesn't improve. I'm just so tired of person sick! Am I just crazy and there is nothing wrong beside me?
My parents have Kaiser insurance (we live in northern ca) but none of the doctors can help me. Is their any bearing to get financial assistance at a non-kaiser hospital?
Could I have a brain tumor (no head scans) or only just crohn's in my small intestine?
Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

wow I feel really bad for you and i truly hope that you get better soon!! The above two answerers give you some very very good suggestion. I just wanted to throw this one thing out here. Have you gotten tested for a sleep disorder yet? Sounds un-related but lets assume that you do hold chrons dissease combined with ibs...having a sleep disorder that makes you severely sleep deprived will really irratate any symptoms you may hold for those two diseasses. My brother had ibs and when he was diagnosed with a severe sleep disorder later medicated for it, it also decreased his ibs symptoms. Just my two cents. Now he takes meds for his sleep disorder an for ibs an he has a pretty usual life style. Also it sounds like its time to try a third doc - dont give up!!
Have you been tested for Lyme Disease? Wild guess here. It gave me bizarre neurological stuff like you mention. But, afterwards, you seem to have a lot of GI issues. I dunno.
Also, I know you be tested, but have you tried an elimination diet? Going off gluten (wheat, etc.) and dairy for a couple weeks? You can Google for a more comprehensive clearout diet.
It sounds like Crohns and IBS combined. My cousin have IBS and has severe digestive and eating issues and has to be on a regulated diet and lots of meds so she can chomp through properly and keep it down and get it through her system properly. My best friend's little brother has Crohn's and that poor boy take like 21 pills three times a day just to bring in life bearable. I'm not a doctor, so I can't diagnose you officially, but I would say it sounds approaching a combination of Crohns and IBS. Sorry! : ( Source(s): Life experience...
