It is possible for a doctor to be a jerk to patients and the people he/ she works with and still build a lot of money. True or false?

totally possible to begin in the real life...the fence in is that you must get through 5-6 years of medical school, at least 2 years of housemanship, few damn years as medical officer, 4 years of specialization, few years working lower than consultants from hell...
dont worry, in the end, you will morph into the exact consultant from hell yourself..when you accomplish that level, you can be a jerk to anyone you like except possibly the head of the hospital..only Dr House can do that to Cuddy..

Honestly; some people become jerks overtime. Although folks skills are definitely required I am sure there are those who get within that are genuine jerks. You don't have to be a nice personage to know what to say to get what you want.

Hazy....you cannot become a doctor with zero relatives skills, because in order to get into medical arts school, you have to go through interviews, and you have to know how to contribute in differentials, discussions, and you will at some point have to work in a troop environment.
You can become a doctor with minimal people skills, but you will have to hold a lot of other attributes to compensate for that lack of people skills to seize yourself an "in" when it comes to medical school.
Now once you are in and through...then hell yeah..you can practice as a doctor next to no people skills or bedside manner at all....if you are honest enough. Mostly people like that are drawn to surgery a moment ago because of the fact they tend to be better suited for the job....because they are not very "people-oriented" at smallest from a social standpoint....they are able to better detach from the situation at hand and focus on their work in a clinical, methodical and strictly analytical track....this helps them to remain steady and calm in illustrious stress environments. It is also why many times when it comes to pre-op and post-op appointments they tend to send their PA or surgical assistant to meet near the patient....they are usually the ones to bring in the "personal" side of it all...
