How does sleeping work?
Basically what triggers a sleep? I try to sleep and i think too much so i lie in bed for hours formerly i sleep....

sleep works in a cycle. Ther are five stages. NREM 1, 2, 3, 4 and REM. Deep sleep is NREM4 and REM.
To grasp yourself to sleep, try to focus on NOTHING AT ALL. It is nearly impossibly to clear your mind of everything, but it is possible to work so hard at it that your mind gets tired and puts itself to sleep to keep from stressing too much. This may also serve if you take the minimal dosage (12.5mg) of Benadryl 15-30 minutes before you lay down. Not only does Benadryl aide contained by drowsiness but is also prescribed as an anti-anxiety for those who can not take other things because the other ones are too sedating.

hmm, usually you can plummet asleep better on en empty mind- if ya hav lots of things goin on in yourhead you should, uh, hmm, write em down on sumthing or just try and poof -- :P -- adjectives of it away, heeh, im answerin the question wrong- oh wells
The girl got it right. There are a lot of steps you can do to give support to you sleep better. i will list a few. 1. take a shower right before bed. the cold nouns on your body will induce your body going into a slower pace. 2. dont sit in front of a bright screen right previously you go to bed (tv or computer). this will tell your body that its still bright out and you should be awake. 3 dont ever just lay down contained by your bed during the day. you need to program your body that when you hit the sheets, its time to sleep. 4. exercise and eat smaller number sugary foods! This is probably the most important. 5. try reading for 20 min before you go to bed. rear legs and forth eye movement causes sleepiness.6 you can try stretching for a few min but that never works for me. and just let everything move about in your mind. im sure you will remember it in the morning. good luck and sweet dreams....
