If i took one vicodin pill on monday afternoon, will it show up on drugtest fri afternoon?

On standard drug-tests, it PROBABLY will not show up. Opiates can show-up 3-5 days out. The longer times typically are if there is a saturation of opiates in the body (long time or heavy use).
There are several factors (weight, fat %, amount of exercise, dosage, persistence, etc.) But, one Vicodin three or four days ancient should not (by percentages) appear on a standard drug test. Best of luck.
P.S. If you are a child, please be aware how VERY dangerous prescription medications are. Please. You are simply better-off cliché no always but, especially consider whom you are with and the consequences if you decide to nick something. If you don't take drugs, you will never miss them.
