Question in the order of radiologist?
after medical school, i know you have to get into Radiology Residency. i live contained by CT now & plan to go into University of Connecticut School of Medicine for my residency. but after i have completed my residency & enjoy become a radiologist, can i move out of CT and to California to work at a hospital there? (because the pay is higher)

Possibly. The job market for physicians in California is pretty drenched because of the number of medical schools that are out there and the number of people that want to practice within California. However, if you are able to find a medical group or hospital that is hiring all that would be stopping you would be getting licenscing surrounded by the state. Like Dan said though, hospitals and groups will be looking for people with experience just as next to any other job. You might consider doing a fellowship after residency which always increases your worth.
You can work as a physician anywhere in US as long as you hold passed your licensing exam (USMLE). You will need to be licensed in the state that you practice contained by and you can hold a license in several states (it just involves filling out forms and paying a fee). Source(s): PA
