Is form assistance a human right or a luxury?

Answers:
"Pursuit of life" is a right in the USA as defined by our founding documents. Humans hold evolved to take care of one another. To say that every individual does not deserve healthcare is to admit that you are a selfish prick. Good luck if you lose your job and find out you enjoy cancer!
Neither. It's somewhere surrounded by the middle.

We live in a society that expects the best in health meticulousness for no cost, and that's unrealistic. Many patients also want to bear no responsibility for their own health.

We need to find a middle ground where on earth people are responsible for their own health, and have access to affordable condition care when they need it. Not free, affordable.

Tort reform would be a big step contained by the right direction. Every physician must cover his/her own butt to avoid lawsuits, and that raises the cost of everyone's care. Source(s): I'm a physician. I really do want to care for you, but I hold bills to pay, too. ( Like my $9000/yr for minimal health insurance for my family.)
It should be a right, but it isn't.

Nobody should be denied critical strength care, regardless of their fiscal situation.
its overpriced and clouded in a fog of misinformation about drugs and procedures.

starting from grade college people should be taught how the human body works, fundamentals of chemistry and how drugs work. The mystery of drugs keeps drug maltreat and misuse high and that is where billons of dollars are man wrongfully earned and wasted.
neither
It should be a human right and it is in some lucky places. But in many places of this world it is a luxury that not everybody can afford.
I believe it should be a human right, but at this time, its a luxury. Only those who can afford it get it, so sad.
BOTH =D

although i just got blood work yesterday and it doesn't appear like a luxury or a right it down right hurt.....(i get blood work every couple months usally it ok this time it just hurt barrier it)
luxury, because people work to give it.
Basic health attention to detail should be a human right.
robustness care should be a human right but unfortunately it has become a luxury for the rich and middle class. my husband and i are lower middle class and he can't afford strength insurance whereas i am disabled and can get medicare but can't afford the 388$ monthly for my medicaid so i wind up with huuge medical payments that i can't afford to compensate.
hmmm, i guess a human right, atleast it should be
If you were a medical doctor would you give away all of your services free? If you answer no later no one could barge into your clinic and demand their right to your services and health attention to detail must be a luxury. However, in a compassionate society that produces excess goods and services through investments and hard work (making the American pie) here is a slice for those who need it. Health care insurance is expensive because it adds a band (insurance company) to the cost of care. Individuals and the companies they work for must pay premiums and observe deductables and settle up co-pays, etc. Health care insurance can cost far more than out of pocket expenses for simple medical problems but is almost essential for catastrophic expenses resulting from serious diseases or accidents.

Everyone should be provided emergency care (emergency rooms, etc.) because i.e. no time to worry about paperwork. All should be encouraged to front a healthy life (exercise, proper diet, quit smoking, watch bulk and drink in moderation, etc.) so that society does not pick up the bill (government controls?). It is certainly to society's advantage to enjoy a healthy population that resists the spread of diseases (regardless of those who lack compassion) and children should receive care if parents can't provide it because they enjoy no other option and should grow up healthy and strong. Because health concern is in fact a luxury, medical science has prospered and devoted a large amount of time and money to building hospitals, training doctors and nurses, and performing research to improve surgeries and medical treatments. Be careful how you tinker with a system that have never been free, it may become as valuable as free advice.
