Question roughly self sick at work?
For the summer i work in an office (im a university student) an one time i came to work beside a bad cold (I thought i was being upper-class an toughing it out) an they shoed me home as if I had the plague - they said 'if ure sick we dont want u an ure germs here".
On the other hand a freind of mine is working at a daycare for the summer an her manager yell at her for not being there one day inflict she had a stomach flu an they were understaffed. Can they really expect her to be at work even when VOMITING FREQUENTLY? Her manager go to work if she has a stomach flu - last week she was vomiting surrounded by the back bathroom every hour or so - if u are vomiting every hour do u not belong at home in bed?!

Yes! If you are sick you should stay home from work or school if not you are going to get everyone else sick. It's just common sense! Hope this help! =)
Of course you should be home in bed with a trash can parked right next you! If that woman runs a daycare she should be forced to shut down if she insists her employees come to work that sick, exposing children to a serious illness is not generally considered dutiful business practice!
