Serious medical ask?

ok. this came out of my vagina.. im a little concerned. there be NO blood. or discharge. just spotting a few days prior. then this. yes im sexually active and in recent times got a birth control shot about a month ago. they gave me a pregnancy check and it was negative so it shouldnt be anything baby relateecstatict? heres a picture..

It looks like you could of have a miscarriage but usually you have a lot of blood when you do. If you start having any discomfort or bleeding I would progress to the doctor right away. Here is a picture of a 6 week miscarriage http://www.jillstanek.com/archives/2008/… Hope this helps! =)
You are so modest. Can't tell from the picture, but I would probably go to a doctor. Doesn't look nutritious at all. Or maybe it was something that needed to come out! Who know. Oh wait, I know who knows...a doctor. Now, go to one! lol
