Giving blood vs. giving blood plasma. Peoples experiences.. which hurts more take longer etc...?

Neither hurts more then the other - they are both 1 nozzle.
Giving plasma takes longer because they take the blood out of your body, separate the plasma and then return the red blood cell back to your body.
