It depends on how fast and easily you take in the concepts. I studied for five hours every day three months prior to taking the MCAT. Many others studied for 8+ hours a day two months before taking it and while some received a clothed score, many more received poor scores. Two and a partially months may be enough time for you, but you're kind of pushing it, too.
As for techniques, I would suggest splitting section of the MCAT up. Study organic chemistry for an or hour or two and then move on to a couple of hours of biology. The subsequent day, study general chemistry and physics. Just make sure that you don't overdo it, because you'd just be hurting yourself in the long run. Don't forget the verbal reasoning section of the MCAT any; many people seem to hold more trouble with that than the science sections!
