Can you overdose on vitamin D and potassium?
My friend took prescriptions of both of these two days ago as well as eating banana's and drinking lots of milk and she has feel really horrible since then.... can this be because of taking in too much of these vitamins?

yes its possible to overdose but if yr friend has be taking the prescribed dose of any medication and eating bananas it would not have caused this effect contained by 2 days to my knowledge. vitamin d helps u absorb the calcium within milk, and its possible to overdose but drinking milk and taking a recommended dose should not have this effect. potassium overdose causes heart problems. if she is not feeling suitable after taking what has been prescribed then she should contact her doctor asap and explain to him/her.
