How to figure the risk or the probability for the fetus to be artificial or nutritious by a absolute disease?

I think that I had some problems in calculating the risk for the fetus to be artificial with a certain disease, and there is no citation or a rule to follow, so please help me.I need links and explanations as fast as you can.

If it is a genetic disease, consequently you can calculate it using a punnet grid. But this is only possible if you know both the mother's and the father's genotype for that specific disease. This may or may not be possible by tracking the persons' family.

If its not a genetic disease, next there's almost now way of calculating.
