Go to Urea.com and get a kit to replace the sample beside a clean one. It is the only surefire way to elapse the test- buy clean urine/get someone to give you a guaranteed clean token. You can warm it to temperature with those chemical mitt warmers, should bring it to temp for the cup, and use some kind of sealed bag near a tube you can open and close. Unless its for the govt they wont go in beside you and it should be relatively easy to put into the cup.
