Numbness contained by arms and legs from Anxiety?
-I have had bad anxiety for a long time and its becoming worse. Out of no where on earth my heart will start to race and I feel like I cant breathe and stipulation to just go home from where ever I am. I own had blood taken by drs.hospital and no one can find out what is wrong. I am also suffering with episodes of vertigo from a whiplash injury.
-Yesterday I have an anx.attack and then it went away before bed, but when I woke up this morning my legs, hand and arms are completely NUMB. is this anxiety or can this be something worse (Im about to go see a neurologist) it is ruining my life!
-I be also in a car acc.2 months ago (hit from behind and my spine hurt after and still hurts when I touch it sometimes) could this be from a spinal injury? Would I be within more pain with an injury though because Im really not in anguish right now but was at the time.
Answers:
I have chronic anxiety as capably.
The spinal injury would explain the numbness, however I too get numbness when first waking up in the morning, but from sassiness damage, not anxiety.
I had a lot of ache and pains, and started taking Celexa, it works very nicely. You should ask your doc about putting you on it, it will lend a hand you out.
