Does Vicodin diluted out your blood?
Answers:
No it does not.
It is a combination of hydrocodone and acetaminophen
It started with some Sunday paper claiming that Tylenol had some blood thinning properties. However, study be not done on a high enough sample group and It be not done in scientifically accepted manner (double blind).
Acetaminophen itself, does not adulterate blood. It however does have anti-clothing action. You might have confused those two.
I own seen "vicodin" pills made with ingredients other than acetaminophen ( hydrocodon + something else). However, I don't know how legal is to call them "Vicodin" in that case...
NO, neither hydrocodone or acetaminophen (the 2 live ingredients of Vicodin) produce anti-coagulation effects.
However, Aspirin (another painkiller) does produce anti-coagulation effects.
