My doctor seem slothful when i travel to see him - how do you be in motion something like shifting to see a different GP?

basically ask to see a different one you don't have to see your own GP
Funnily enough, I have just changed doctor this morning. You pop into the doctors you want to revision to, ask for a registration form, fill it in and hand it pay for. They will gather your files for you from your previous doctor. This will happen in a couple of weeks. They will be prepared to help if you don't understand something though. Just ask at reception.

If you are unhappy with your GP you can ask to register with any other practise or contact the PCT and they will place you near another local practise. Source(s): Registered Nurse
I would chat with your doctor first and tell how you feel.
just to to a different surgery and tell them you want to register near them they will do the rest for you
