What are a pharmacists' responsibilities if a patient's blood test positive for C1 drugs? (cocaine, LSD etc)?

are we to withhold all other controlled drugs, such as morphine, oxycodone, lorazepam, etc?

i had no idea that pharmacists did blood test....
I imagine that if a pharmacist got a hold of your blood test results, they'd check for interactions for those drugs beside whatever you were prescribed. I don't know if they have any permitted obligation to report the results of the test.
