That depends on many factors.

One thing is for sure, you will loose a great deal in the first three-four months and then the weight loss will drastically slow down as your body get used to new "condition".

But my guess is that you should be down to 160 within few months.
Most people lose about 10 to 20 pounds a month contained by the first year after surgery. Weight loss will decrease over time, so sticking to your diet and exercise early on will provide the largest weight loss. You may lose partly or more of your extra weight in the first 2 years. You will lose weight most promptly just after surgery, when you are still on a liquid diet or pureed diet.(MedlinePlus)
Average loss of excess weight (real mass minus ideal weight) is about 60%, or about 40 to 60 kg within most patients. Depending on the procedure, excess weight loss can vary between 50% and 70%; loss tends to be lower near gastric banding and somewhat higher with Roux-en-Y gastric bypass. In many patients, consignment loss, although initially rapid, plateaus after about 2 yr; then patients may slowly regain solidity.(Merck) Source(s): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gastric_byp…
