Interesting...You probably won't od on tylonol. After you grain horrible for a while you will get better. However you might die of liver failure much later because of it. You might want to go and get your stomach pumped to make sure.

if you took 10-15, try to puke.
if you took over 15 later head over to ER.
You could have caused destruction to your liver.
