It's different for each person, so it's impossible to say - inhabitants who are prone to them will often know when they are about to get one from experience. The fixed thing is that you should NOT drive yourself to the ER... having a seizure along the means of access would result in you hurting yourself and others (when you crash into them). Get someone to drive you or call for an ambulance if you are really concerned; having to rate for some minutes to use your phone shouldn't be your real concern when your health is on the line...
