I hold a massive chief soreness and a large restlessness..can i try to tuffend it out minus taking any medication?

You can tough it out if you want to, and let the infection run its course, but you might as well take some over the counter meds to alleviate some of the throbbing with it (why be more miserable than you have to)? These meds won't shorten the illness, they will lately help the headache
