AB unenthusiastic blood information?

is there any other blood group can give blood to person have blood group of AB negative (AB-)
Answers:
NO
No, not really. Let's look at the two blood classifications separately.

"Transfusions" generally mean red blood cells, from which the plasma have been removed.

Type AB can receive red cells from any other group in the ABO series. This is because one's serum already have antibodies against the antigens you don't have. I am group O so I have anti-A and anti-B in my serum. My brother is B and he have anti-A. You, being group AB, have no antibodies directed at the ABO group.

Rh (pos or neg symbol) is different. Someone who is Rh positive has the D antigen. You don't enjoy pre-made antibodies against the D antigen. Once you have had a transfusion of D blood, you will make antibodies against the D antigen, and cannot receive it again.

So, you can receive O distrustful, A negative, B negative and AB negative red cell.

In a dire situation, such as battlefield, you could, one time and one time only, receive Rh positive blood. That blood would be okay as it takes some weeks for you to develop the antibodies, and hopefully would help you through the situation. After that, you would enjoy circulating antibodies against the D (Rh) antigen and would not be able to receive any Rh positive blood.

The plasma transfusions are another situation. You should only receive plasma from AB persons. Since plasma doesn't contain red cell, the Rh factor does not come into play at all in that situation. However, anyone of any blood type can receive your plasma safely. Source(s): Years as a blood guard tech.
Well you'll be glad to know that AB- can receive blood from almost all blood groups.
It is the second most universal acceptor i.e after AB+.It can receive blood from A+,A- , B+ ,B-, O+,O- and AB- and cannot simply receive from AB+.

It can donate blood to AB- and AB+ both.
