AB distrustful blood group?

AB negative can received blood from which all blood group other than AB unenthusiastic
Answers:
hi, AB negative or positive is a blood group which can pocket blood from all the blood groups. its a universal taker.
AB+ve is a universal receipient and NOT AB-ve.
O-ve is a universal donor.
AB-ve can only receive blood from: AB-ve, A-ve, B-ve and O-ve.
this is because the Red blood cell lack the Rhesus(+ve) factor.
But blood transfusion with these other blood groups is only to be done within emergency or in case of unavailability of AB-ve.
You asked this before, so I copied and pasted my answer before

No, not really. Let's look at the two blood classifications separately.

"Transfusions" mostly mean red blood cells, from which the plasma has be removed.

Type AB can receive red cells from any other group in the ABO series. This is because your serum already has antibodies against the antigens you don't own.

Rh (pos or neg symbol) is different. Someone who is Rh positive has the D antigen. You don't have pre-made antibodies against the D antigen. Once you have have a transfusion of D blood, you will make antibodies against the D antigen, and cannot receive it again.

So, you can receive O negative, A negative, B refusal and AB negative blood.

In a dire situation, such as battlefield, you could one time and one time only receive positive blood. That blood would be okay as it takes some weeks for you to develop the antibodies, and hopefully would aid you through the situation. After that, you would have circulating antibodies against the D (Rh) antigen and would not be able to receive any Rh positive blood.

The plasma transfusions are another situation. You should only receive plasma from AB folks. Since plasma doesn't contain red cells, the Rh factor does not come into play at all in that situation.
