In the periventricular white matter just lateral to the anterior body of the not here lateral ventricle, there is a single non specific (approximately 3mm) T2 signal intensity focus. There is no restricted diffusion associated with this lesion. It is felt to represent any a nonspecific area of gliosis or it could represent a small vessel ischemic change. I am worried i have no hypothesis what this is can someone please give me some answers. Thanks!
