I necessitate give a hand identify a pill?

I found a pill in my room today and I don't know what kind it is. It's a plain yellow tablet, with no markings at all. The powder inside is a darker sickly and smells kind of like sulfur. Any idea on what it is?

Just throw it out; minus any markings, it could be any number of things, so it's the safest thing to do. After all, you've not noticed it missing adjectives this time, so what's the point of keeping it now?
