Effects of Adderall and Painkillers?

Ok, so my 16 year old friend took 7, 10 mg adderalls and 4 of a certain pain murderer. My gf and her bff were talking to him on the phone and he sounded very unnatural and he said he was really tired. So they got off the phone near him and have tried to call him back but he would not answer. I enjoy also tried to call him but again, no answer. I myself take 2 capsles of 50 mgs xr of adderall and I no that it does not make a human being tired. But wut I am wondering is wut are the effects of taking all thowse pills? I need an answer asap.

adderall is a powerful stimulant and pain killer are sedatives. 7 adderralls is dangerous. 4 pain killer can also be lethal, especially if he took fentanyl or morphine. sounds like the pain killer were especially potent since he was feeling listless after taking 70mg of the stimulant. please call his parents. if he sounds worse, call 911 immediately.
