Ok, the 'The Doctor" has a limit of regernating 12 times right?? yes.

Does that mean, there's a way to extend the 12 rengeration limit??

Time lords can gain further regenerations in several ways. The best known one is simply to steal them from others. The Master tried to steel the Doctor's regenerations on more than one occasion. I suppose that they simply pour untouched life energy from somewhere into a Time Lord to give them more regenerations. Maybe it's approaching blood donation several time lords give up a small amount of energy, or maybe they purely take it from convicted felons.
If a time lord can't regenerate then they die. I don't know if they will ever pilfer the doctor to his final regenerations. They may just change actors in need changing regenerations, or put in some plot device to explain it, like him swapping bodies or lately changing his appearance on a whim. They won't have his daughter purloin over. She may make a guest appearance or even get her own spin off, but the BBC enjoy already ruled out a female Doctor as the star of Doctor Who.

The initials for You are Not Alone are YANA, which is the name that the Master go by when he was living at the end of the universe. Other's believe that it was his daughter or a different time lord as yet undiscovered. It may even have been a quotation to the Doctor's companions. He was the last Time Lord but he wasn't alone because he still had them.
